  • Does my pup need to wear a collar or harness?

    Your dog must have a collar or harness if they're participating in nature walks or any activities that occur outside of our fido fido Dog Daycare & Boarding property. This is for their safety and identification purposes.
  • Does my pup need a leash?

    Yes, for everyone's safety, all dogs must be on a leash, inside a carrier, or carried in your arms when entering or exiting our facility. This helps us maintain a secure environment for all pets in our care.
  • Can I bring food from home?

    We actually prefer that you bring your dog's regular food from home. Please make sure it's clearly labeled and packed in a sealed bag for each meal. This helps maintain your pet's routine and prevents digestive issues. Please note that we don't permit rawhide or animal bones for safety reasons.
  • What if I forget my pup's food or it runs out?

    Don't worry! We offer a lamb-based protein food at $8 per serving, which includes a tablespoon of pumpkin puree and a Gentle Digest tablet. This combination helps your dog adjust to the new food and environment while supporting healthy digestion.
  • Can I bring my pup's bed?

    While you're welcome to bring your dog's bed from home, we do provide complimentary blankets and standard beds for all our guests. If you choose to bring items from home, there's a daily laundry service fee of $3 per item each day to keep everything fresh and clean.
  • Can you administer medications?

    Our staff can administer pills and topical medications for your pet, but we're unable to provide insulin injections. All medications must be in their original containers and not pre-mixed with food. There is an $8.00 daily fee for this medication service.
  • Can I bring toys?

    We respectfully ask that personal toys stay at home. If you're concerned about your dog experiencing boredom or anxiety, our front desk team would be happy to discuss our various activity options. We ensure all our canine guests remain engaged and entertained throughout their stay with us.
  • Is a deposit required, and if so, what happens to it if I cancel my appointment?

    A 25% deposit is required when booking your appointment. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled stay, we'll refund the full deposit to your original payment card. For cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, a $25 cancellation fee applies, and the remainder of your deposit becomes a credit on your account for future services.
  • Is there a daycare fee during boarding?

    Daycare is included in your boarding package. However, if you pick up your pet after our designated check-out times (11:00 AM Monday-Friday or 1:00 PM on weekends), a $45 daycare charge applies for that day. You can use existing daycare pass days to cover this fee if you have them available.
  • My dog(s) has high anxiety and is not friendly with other dogs. Are you able to accommodate their special needs?

    Absolutely! We've designed various customized packages specifically for dogs with special requirements. Whether your furry friend experiences anxiety, is a senior pet, or simply prefers to be alone, our team has the expertise and facilities to create a comfortable, stress-free home away from home experience.
